Where To Post Jobs Free On The Web

[ad_1]

It is absolutely important that employers, recruiters, staffing agencies integrate the internet as part of their employee recruitment process.. . . This article reviews five popular sites which allow companies to post jobs for free. We will not be reviewing the paid job sites which can charge several hundred per posting often with comparable results.

ePostJobs.com

www.epostjobs.com is a newer service with a very easy user interface and Web 2.0 classworthy features. www.epostjobs.com is at the forefront of all free job sites and we explain why. It has a large amount of job seekers, few advertisements are displayed, and an unlimited amount of postings allowed. The job postings are synced to all the popular job search engines such as Simply Hired, TwitJobSeach, BusinessWeek, Google Base, Juju, Trovit, Oodle, and many more bringing large candidate traffic to your postings. This is the single free job site with all the features you will ever need.

www.craigslist.org

All are familiar with this site. . There is no lack of job seekers here. It is not entirely free, for posting to larger cities the price tag is either $75 or $25 depending on the city. Posting jobs to smaller cities is free. Craigslist certainly would not be classified as a Web 2.0 site as the features are limited to posting a job and receiving applicants via email. They do not syndicate postings to the major search engines but the amount of traffic CraigsList draws compensates for this. The pain point are users that flag legitimate postings which results in the removal of the ad.

www.jobvertise.com

Jobvertise is one of the oldest free job sites on the internet. The look, feel, and features lack updating since then. . The basic miniaml functions are there but they are not comparable to other free job sites.

PostJobFree

PostJobFree is website that does a good job delivering candidates. It does a somewhat decent job submitting to the job search engines. The advertisements can get annoying not to mention the limitation on the number of listings.

www.jobbi.com

www.jobbi.com is another website to post listings free, this is a weakly designed site from an interface perspective. This site is rich features wise no doubt including the ability to screen by personality tests. The verdict on this site is that it would be a better site if it was less confusing and more user intuitive.
