COMEDK 2016 Result will be declared on 28 May 2016 by COMEDK (Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka). - Open the official website of COMEDK 2016 to begin with the process.
- Login into the account by entering application number and date of birth.
- Check the details and press submit button. You are now logged in.
- Find and click the link titled as “Result of COMEDK UGET 2016”.
- Now, the result will be displayed on the screen. View the details.
- Press print command to generate printout of the result. Keep it safe.
To qualify the exam and get eligible for the next round of admission process, candidates from general category must score at least 50% aggregate marks in the COMEDK 2016 Result. This aggregate percentage is 40% for the candidates from reserved categories. It may happen that two or more candidates score equal marks in the exam, in this case, merit for rank will be decided on the following factor:
- Least number of negative answers in i) Physics, ii) Mathematics and iii) Chemistry.
- If tie exists, aggregate marks in Math and Physics will be considered.
- If tie exists even now, marks in Math will be considered.
- If the tie is still not resolved, age of the candidate will be checked. Elder candidate gets preferred.
It is necessary to produce printout of COMEDK 2016 Result and rank card at the counselling venue where documents will be verified. These documents will be verified by the counselling official for authentication purpose.
